Privacy
The calculator is designed to use as little personal data as possible.
Time entries and rota images are processed in your browser. Google AdSense may use cookies or similar identifiers for advertising, measurement and protection.
Anonymous usage measurement
Cloudflare Analytics Engine counts page views and useful actions using only the event name, tool name and country code; it does not store calculation inputs, rota text, screenshots, IP addresses, browser identifiers or referrers. Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you select Allow analytics. Advertising signals remain disabled, URLs are stripped of fragments and non-campaign parameters, and GA4 is never loaded on Friends & Family comparisons or encrypted /s/ share links. You can change this choice using Analytics settings in the footer.
